Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 2: Send Your Package

Once you have received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so choosing a traceable shipping option is highly recommended.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Important Notes

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached, and show no signs of use.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered beyond our control.

• All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier chosen.
